11. Meta Platform Data Access and Advertising Management

Integration & Access

Spotnxt integrates with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) through official Meta APIs to provide advertising analytics, audit reporting, campaign optimization, and advertising management services.

When users connect their Meta account through secure OAuth authorization, Spotnxt may access advertising and business-related information strictly based on permissions explicitly granted by the user.

Data Accessed

Depending on granted permissions, Spotnxt may access:

• Account Data: Advertising account identifiers and account metadata
• Performance Insights: Campaign, ad set, and advertisement performance insights
• Engagement: Audience and engagement metrics
• Assets: Connected Facebook Pages and Business Manager assets
• Delivery: Advertising configuration and delivery information

Permissions Requested

Permissions requested may include:

• ads_read – to analyze advertising performance and generate audit insights
• ads_management – to create, edit, update, pause, or manage advertising campaigns based on user instructions
• pages_read_engagement – to evaluate engagement metrics related to advertisements
• business_management – to access authorized advertising assets within Meta Business Manager

How We Use This Information

This information is used solely to:

• Generate AI-powered advertising audit reports
• Provide campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations
• Enable campaign creation, editing, or management actions initiated and approved by the user

User Control & Protections

• Explicit Confirmation: All advertising actions, including campaign creation or modification, are performed only after explicit user confirmation within the Spotnxt platform.
• No Independent Action: Spotnxt does not independently publish, modify, or manage advertisements without direct user authorization.
• No Data Selling: Spotnxt does not sell, rent, or share Meta platform data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Compliance: Use of information received from Meta APIs will at all times comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

12. User Control, Permission Revocation, and Data Deletion

Users maintain full control over their connected Meta accounts and permissions granted to Spotnxt.

Users may revoke Spotnxt’s access at any time by:

1. Removing Spotnxt from Meta Business Integrations settings, or
2. Disconnecting their Meta account within the Spotnxt platform.

Upon revocation:

• Spotnxt immediately stops accessing Meta platform data.
• Any stored Meta-related data associated with the user account will be scheduled for deletion from active systems.

Users may also request permanent deletion of their personal or Meta-connected data by contacting:

Requests must include the registered account email address.

All verified deletion requests are processed within 7 business days, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or compliance obligations.

13. Meta Data Protection Commitment

Spotnxt accesses Meta platform data only after explicit user authorization and limits access strictly to functionality required to deliver requested services. Meta data is never used for profiling unrelated users, resale, or independent advertising purposes.
